Returns and Exchange

Overview: At Ebros Styles (a Venture of Ebros Trading), we strive to offer our customers the latest fashion with exceptional quality and value. If you are not satisfied with the fit, color, or design of a product, you can return or exchange it within 3 days of receipt. Please review our detailed policies below.

Return Process:

  • Visit our Return/Exchange Centre on our website and click on the Return/Exchange link with your Order Number.
  • Ensure the following criteria are met for a successful return or exchange:
  • The request is made within 3 days of receipt of the product.
  • The price tag, identification tag, invoice, and original packaging are intact.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and free of scratches.
  • The return package is properly sealed.
  • Our experts will inspect the returned product before proceeding with the return or exchange.
  • Refunds will exclude shipping charges and any other costs incurred for product inspection.
  • For COD orders, shipping charges will be excluded from exchanges.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated within 2-3 working days after confirmation that the product is intact, minus applicable charges.
  • Reverse pickups and replacement products typically take 5-7 working days.

Disclaimer:

  • For lens-based orders, please allow 2-5 working days for processing.
  • Exchange processes usually take 5-7 working days to dispatch the replacement order.

Exchange Policy:

  • Free exchanges are available on all orders within 3 days of receipt.
  • Discounts and promotional offers do not apply to exchanged products (exchange processed at MRP).
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges on orders with discounts or promotional coupons.
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges on storage boxes, sunglasses cases, or accessories.
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges on products worth Rs 599 or less.
  • If our logistics partner cannot provide pickup for an exchange, the customer must send the item back within 2 days, and shipping costs will be covered by us.

Refund Policy:

  • You can opt for a Credit Note (Gift Card) for the amount paid or a refund after deducting a Rs. 200 convenience fee (prepaid orders only, without promotional coupons)
  • COD orders are only eligible for exchanges, not refunds.
  • Wrong or damaged products returned by the customer will not be accepted and will be sent back.
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges on promotional offers or discounted orders.
  • Once a product is exchanged and delivered, no further exchanges or refunds are applicable.
  • In case of wrong or faulty product delivery, notify us within 24 hours to arrange a pickup.
  • If logistic partners do not serve your location for reverse pickup, you must send the item via SPEEDPOST.
  • Wrong lens-based orders will be replaced, but no refunds will be issued.
  • If the packaging is tampered with, do not accept the order and inform us immediately.
  • Ebros Styles reserves the right to cancel any order. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days to the original payment method/ bank account provided.
  • For customer-initiated cancellations after the order is dispatched, a Rs. 200 convenience fee will apply (prepaid orders only).

Shipping Policy:

  • Shipping charges are Rs. 99 per order, subject to change.
  • Orders are shipped within 48 hours from our warehouse and usually delivered within 2-7 working days, depending on the location.
  • Refunds will not be processed for delays caused by logistics partners. A convenience fee is applicable for refunds (prepaid orders only).

 

Offers:

 

    • All offers are for a limited period and subject to change without prior notice. Offers do not apply to lens-based orders.

 

Disclaimer:

 

    • If an order is marked as delivered but not received, notify us within 24 hours to raise an issue with the shipping partner.

 

Note:

  1. No returns, exchanges, or refunds on prescription-based orders (lens-based orders).
  2. Once a product is exchanged and delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund are applicable.
